Special sale conditions
1. All prices count for one piece, unless noted differently, from our storehouse in Bochum. Sales tax is additional.
2. The net amount per order is a minimum of 100 Euro. For orders less than 100 Euro we add a handling fee of 20 Euro.
3. We will choose the method of shipping.4. Delivery comes at the customers’ risk.
5. Complaints have to be received within eight days after receipt of the goods.
6. We only receive returned goods, if previously agreed.
7. Payment has to be made within 30 days of the date of the invoice.
8. All information in this catalogue is subject to change.
9. Quantity discounts can be arranged after if requested.
10. Sale while stocks last.
11. Attention is drawn to any colour differences between the photo and the article.
12. National orders up to a net goods value of 500 Euro are sent by DHL at the cheapest price, but for a maximum of 9,90 Euro per delivery. For orders with a net goods value of more than 500 Euros, delivery is free of charge. International orders are sent at the lowest price by DHL, but for a maximum of 19,90 Euro per delivery.
General sale conditions
1. All delivered goods remain our property until they have been completely paid for.
2. The price is calculated in Euro. If the customer does not pay within 30 days from the invoice date, they are automatically in default with no need for a reminder. A flat fee of 10 Euros will be charged for reminders.
3. The buyer must treat the reserved goods with care and insure them adequately at their replacement value against fire, water, and theft damage.
4. The place of performance for our delivery obligations is Bochum, even if we take over the dispatch of the goods at the request of the buyer.
5. Delivery dates or deadlines that have not been expressly agreed as binding are exclusively non-binding.
6. We are entitled to make partial deliveries at any time.
7. All our offers are subject to change. Deviations to ordered or delivered articles from the order, in particular regarding to shape and colour, are reserved within reasonable limits.
8. The conclusion of the contract is subject to the correct and timely delivery by our suppliers.
9. The place of performance and jurisdiction for deliveries and payments as well as all disputes between us and the customer is Bochum.
10. All delivered goods remain our property until all claims have been met in full.
11. By ordering goods, the customer makes a binding declaration that he wishes to purchase the goods ordered.
12. We expressly reserve our property rights, copyrights and trade-mark rights for all photos, images, and catalogues as well as all other documents. This applies regardless of whether they are marked as confidential or not.
13. The customer's warranty claims expire one year after delivery of the goods, unless we have fraudulently concealed the defect.
14. The risk of accidental loss is also transferred to the customer if we have agreed on a carriage paid delivery.
15. Upon delivery by the transport company, the customer must check the goods for any transport damage and for completeness.
16. We do not take back transport packaging in accordance with the packaging ordinance. Customers dispose of the packaging at their own expense.
17. Claims arising from the resale of the goods subject to retention of title or any other legal reason relating to the goods subject to retention of title are now assigned to us, together with all securities that the customer acquires for our claims. The seller hereby accepts this assignment. They serve as security to the same extent as the reserved goods. If the reserved goods are sold by the buyer together with other goods not sold by us, the claim from the resale is assigned to us in proportion.
